1. About Us
A Mother’s Voice UK provides consultancy services for business and charity start-ups, including strategy, branding, website development, and ongoing support.
By purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Packages
We offer structured service packages, including but not limited to:
- Starter Launch
- Growth Launch
- Premium Launch & Growth
Each package includes only the services explicitly listed at the time of purchase.
Any work outside the agreed scope:
- Will be charged separately
- May be declined at our discretion
3. Subscription & Billing
Where services are provided on a subscription basis:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details.
Failed payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Loss of access to deliverables
- Termination of the subscription
4. Payments & Fees
- Payment must be made in full or via agreed instalments before work begins
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by UK law
- Late or missed payments may result in immediate suspension of services
We reserve the right to:
- Withhold deliverables
- Pause or terminate services
- Remove access to work (including websites or files) until payment is received
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for any active billing period
- Unused services within that period are forfeited
No partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to communications promptly
- Supply all required content (text, images, documents)
Delays caused by you may result in:
- Extended timelines
- Additional fees
- Suspension of services
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our advice.
7. Scope of Work
- Services are strictly limited to your selected package
- Additional requests or excessive revisions may incur additional fees
- We are not obligated to provide work beyond agreed scope
8. Time Limits
- Services must be used within 3 months unless agreed otherwise
- Unused services after this period are forfeited
If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 days, we may:
- Charge a restart fee
- Require a new agreement
9. Consultations & Sessions
- Sessions must be booked in advance
- Less than 24 hours’ notice = session forfeited
- Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable
10. Branding & Website Services
- Deliverables are limited to package inclusions
- Revisions are subject to reasonable use
- Final files are released only after full payment
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party platform issues
- Hosting or maintenance (unless agreed separately)
- Data loss after project completion
You are responsible for maintaining backups.
11. Approvals
Once work is approved by you, it is considered final.
Any further changes will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
12. SEO, Email & Technical Setup
- SEO services are basic unless otherwise specified
- We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or performance
- Third-party platforms and tools are outside our control
13. Promotional Services
Any promotional or marketing services are delivered as described.
We do not guarantee reach, engagement, or outcomes.
14. Support Services
Support is limited to what is included in your package.
Excessive or unrelated requests may be refused or charged.
15. Client Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all content provided.
You confirm that:
- You have legal rights to all materials
- Your content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights
We are not liable for any claims arising from your content.
16. Intellectual Property
- All work remains our property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, you receive rights to final deliverables
We reserve the right to:
- Display work in our portfolio
- Use work for marketing purposes
17. Communication & Conduct
You agree to maintain respectful and professional communication.
We reserve the right to terminate services if behaviour is:
- Abusive
- Excessive
- Unreasonable
18. Timelines
All timelines are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Clients
- Third parties
- Technical issues
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or financial losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
20. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not made
- Conduct is inappropriate
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
